In this episode Bec and Cath discuss the good, the bad and the ugly of Covid and its impact on business. As well as some ideas on what you can do about it.

Episode 3 of Us as you are - Bec interviews Cath and her brother Andrew. Bec tries to dig up some dirt on Cath, but also manages to get them both to reflect on their upbringing and what they have both learnt from each other.

This week Bec and Cath discuss the importance of knowing your values - both personal and for business. Bec takes Cath through an exercise that helps to prioritise those things that are important to you.
