For Schools

Schools benefit from this program as it adds another dimension to their curriculum that is necessary and relevant as it builds another necessary component of students’ education. We teach the kids life skills that they can carry with them from now until the future. It assists the schools with their responsibility to set the teens up as best they possibly can for their future. It also benefits the schools as Rebecca and Jackie are proven and trusted professionals in the business and finance industry. We have over 3 decades of industry experience and we part that knowledge and wisdom on the teens. The school benefits also because they are meeting community expectations and standards by being proactive in assisting their students to become financially secure.

“All students need to hear this information” -Antonia Castello, Year 12 VCAL Co-Ordinator, Wonthaggi Secondary College.

“The year 12’s were so engaged it actually surprised the teaching staff in attendance! Students still talk about how much they learned and how much fun it was and all agreed it made things ‘click’ for them, as they hear adults talking about financial matters but haven’t understood it until now.”

- Tanya Nelson - Headstart Coordinator, Education Department

About Us.

The main content for CTT was founded by Rebecca Casey in 2019 with the aim to deliver the program to schools. Unfortunately, COVID interrupted these plans. From here Rebecca met with Jackie Newman in 2021 and they together enhanced the program to include different aspects of the financial world. In May 2021 CTT launched. Our main driver for designing this program was to merge our passion of our industries and educating younger adults to help them grow their financial future. We wanted to make sure that all teens had the best possible start to their financial journey to mitigate financial stress and hardship for them. We wished we had a program like this when we were becoming young adults and so we have set out to design a program that influences teens in a positive way to help them with their financial journey.
